Ordering Terms & Conditions

Prices -

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• All minimums are per color and/or size and are sold in box or case quantities only.
• All orders are F.O.B. Good Hope, Georgia.

Orders -

• To order, call (877) 700-SHEA or (678) 240-3245 or fax the order to (678) 240-3245, or e-mail the order to info@sheaswildflowers.com.
• Opening order is $100.00 with no minimum thereafter.
• All products not immediately available may be back-ordered and shipped upon its arrival unless a cancellation date has been specified.
• Shea's encourages customers to place Fall, Halloween, and Christmas orders before April 1st and Spring and Easter orders before September 1st.
• Payment terms are credit card (Visa, MasterCard, & American Express). Net 30 terms can be applied for or open orders totaling $5,000 or more.

Shortages & Damages -

• Our Customer Service Department should be notified of any damages or shortage within 15 days of receipt of the shipment.
• No product returns will be accepted without an Return Authorization number from our Customer Service Department.

 
Our products are made and colored by hand; therefore, some variation in color, shape and size may occur.  Measurements listed are all approximate.
